About plans and billing
What counts as a store?
Each physical shop with its own stock counts as one store. Your website, marketplaces and warehouses are included at no extra store charge.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on S and M. On L, data migration from an ERP is scoped with you and quoted before you sign.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Pick a plan and keep your data. If you do not continue, the account is closed and your data is deleted after 30 days.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Changes apply from your next bill.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added on the invoice.
